Welcome to Lower Columbia Human Resource Management Association!  LCHRMA is an affiliate chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) serving Clatsop County and the extended north coast business community.

LCHRMA hosts monthly meetings featuring a guest speaker that focuses on HR and employment related topics.  Our meetings are open to all human resource professionals, business leaders, and students interested in human resource management.

In 2008, Dean Perez returned to the position of chapter president after serving two successive tours of duty with the National Guard in Afghanistan.  We are excited to have Dean resume his leadership role in our chapter.
