Welcome to Lower Columbia Human Resource Management Association!  LCHRMA is an affiliate chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) serving Clatsop County and the extended north coast business community.

LCHRMA hosts monthly meetings featuring a guest speaker that focuses on HR and employment related topics.  Our meetings are open to all human resource professionals, business leaders, and students interested in human resource management.

Stacey Poor, Membership/HR Director for the Astoria-Warrenton Chamber of Commerce, is currently serving as the chapter president for Lower Columbia Human Resource Management Association.
